Insurance and Payment Information

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company for you at no charge. We have a relationship with several companies and plans, and you receive a discounted rate. You are responsible for copay and deductible amounts at the time of the visit. If the insurance company does not cover a particular service, the patient is responsible for the full amount. Cash, check, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. You can choose to have bills sent by email and pay with your credit card on our secure website.

Discounts are available for same-day payment in full for those without insurance benefits. Ask about our payment plans.
